How Tickets Work
Buy
Pick a ticket, enter your name and email, and pay. No account needed.
Get your codes
You get one code per ticket (like GIA-7K4Q-2M9X), on screen and by email.
Redeem in the app
Each person redeems one code in the Green Indie app. One ticket per account.
Show your QR at the door
Your ticket's QR code lives in the app and is scanned once at the door.
- Bought for friends? Redeem one code yourself and send the rest. Each guest redeems with their own account.
- Anyone with a code can claim it, so only share codes with the people you're buying for.
- There's no printable or web ticket. Your ticket lives in the app.
- Code sent to the wrong person? Contact support before it's redeemed and we'll replace it.

One purchase books a whole table. Every seat gets its own code, and the perks are shared by the table.
